20 minutes bike.
30 minutes treadmill, 15 incline.
Leg press - 55-85kg. 10 reps each. 3 sets.
Leg curl - 35kg. 10 reps. 3 sets.
Stretches.

Leg pressing 95kg.
45min cardio (cross trainer, random, level 11 intensity)
smoothie lesson.
mornings smoothies are the best. But..
sometimes I feel like I need to experiement, and todays was:
- banana x2
- frozen berries
- spinach
- walnuts
all well and good, except the walnuts make the spinach regain all the bitterness lost in bananas. So if you wanna make a green smoothie, boycott the nuts and/or nutmilk.
Otherwise I went to the gym last night, and was leg pressing 25kg more than when I started a week and a bit ago, and running a full 3klm faster for a full 1klm longer.
